I have to say, i did not have much expectations about this item because i tried others which i think they were disappointing. However, this specific item is well built overall and holds well my tablet. The item is built well but i only wish that the materials were a bit more solid and premium, they feel less premium despite the fact that i have to say that i like the product and can recommend

This is a cheap piece of plastic, but it's very well engineered. The desk clamp has ridges to strengthen it. The arm can attach in 2 positions for more options. The screw holding the arm in has a plastic chunk to keep it from damaging the arm's shaft. The arm's main joints have detents so it's not just a friction hold. The end of the arm has 2 fairly rigid 180 ° Joints. The tablet holder mounts with a ball that has to be disassembled to detach so it should never fall off.
All connections are plastic. When pressing on the screen, the structure wobbles a lot, but it holds a 12.7-inch tablet without issues. Overall, the quality is decent for this price.
