What types of products do you sell?
Seasonly is a year-round destination for inspired living — offering a thoughtfully curated collection of products designed to elevate every season and every home.

Our catalog includes seasonal decorations, LED lighting, smart gadgets, and everyday home accessories that blend functionality with timeless style. Every item in our store is chosen with one goal in mind: to help you create beautiful, meaningful spaces all year long.

Do LED lighting products come with batteries?
It depends on the product. Some items, such as our LED Mini Figurines, include batteries. Others, like the LED Ribbon Light, require separate batteries (not included). Always check each product description for exact details.

Are your products for indoor or outdoor use?
Most of our items are designed for indoor use. However, some products — like our Outdoor LED String Lights — are waterproof and perfect for outdoor setups. Please review each product’s specifications before outdoor use.

Are the products safe for children?
Yes. Many of our products, such as flameless LED candles, are safe alternatives to traditional candles — ideal for homes with children and pets. However, always supervise small children when handling decorations with small or detachable parts.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Do you deliver before holidays or special dates?
Yes. To guarantee delivery before a specific holiday or event, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. Orders placed closer to the date may arrive afterward depending on carrier timelines.

What is the shipping cost?
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders across the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Seasonly currently ships only within the United States.


Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other secure digital payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard in the industry. Your payment information is encrypted and fully protected.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that seasonal sale items may have different return terms — check the product page for details.

How do I return a product?
Contact us at returns@shopseasonly.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide full instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.


Orders & Products

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at contact@shopseasonly.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order is processed for shipment, changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed.

Do products come assembled?
Most items arrive ready to use. Some may require light assembly — such as inserting batteries or arranging pieces. Instructions are always included when necessary.

Can I purchase products in bulk for events?
