What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone that rivals diamonds in brilliance and fire. Our D-color VVS1 moissanite stones offer exceptional sparkle, durability (9.25 on the Mohs scale), and are conflict-free and eco-friendly. They provide the luxury look of diamonds at a fraction of the cost.
Do your jewelry pieces come with certificates?
Yes. Select moissanite jewelry pieces come with certificates of authenticity verifying the quality and characteristics of the stones.
Are the products safe for children?
Our jewelry contains small components and is not suitable for children under 3 years old due to choking hazards. Fashion items and beauty devices are designed for adult use. Please keep all products out of reach of young children.
Jewelry Care & Sizing
How do I care for my moissanite jewelry?
To keep your jewelry sparkling: Clean regularly with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals and remove jewelry before swimming or exercising. Store pieces separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. Sterling silver may tarnish over time—use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine.
How do I find my ring or bracelet size?
For rings, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing or using a printable ring sizer available online. For bracelets, measure your wrist circumference and add 1-2cm for comfort. Many of our bracelets are adjustable. Sizing guides are available on product pages.
Can I resize my ring?
Some rings can be resized by a professional jeweler, but this may void any warranty. We recommend confirming your size before ordering. Contact us at contact@shopseasonly.com if you need sizing assistance before purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia with free shipping included on all orders.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination:
United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 10–21 business days
Canada: 10–21 business days
Australia: 14–21 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Do you deliver before holidays or special dates?
Yes. To guarantee delivery before a specific holiday or event, we recommend placing your order at least three weeks in advance for international destinations and two weeks for U.S. orders. Orders placed closer to the date may arrive afterward depending on carrier timelines and customs processing.
What if my order is lost or delayed?
If tracking shows no movement for 60 calendar days, or the order is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued. Contact us at contact@shopseasonly.com if you have concerns about your shipment.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders (United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia), you may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, GST, or other import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility. Seasonly is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other secure digital payment options available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security standard in the industry. Your payment information is encrypted and fully protected.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original condition. Contact us at returns@shopseasonly.com to request a return.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at returns@shopseasonly.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at returns@shopseasonly.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and you may choose a free replacement or full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5-10 business days. If approved, store credit will be issued within 5-10 business days. Refunds to your original payment method take 5-10 business days to process, plus 3-7 business days for your bank.
Do you offer store credit or refunds?
For sizing or preference-based returns, you will receive automatic store credit for the full order amount. For damaged or defective items, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Request a return for store credit, then place a new order with your credit. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
What items cannot be returned?
Fine jewelry (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets) are final sale due to hygiene standards, unless damaged or defective. Clearance items, gift cards, and opened personal care items are also final sale.
What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging when possible. Items showing signs of wear or alteration cannot be accepted.
Orders & Policies
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at contact@shopseasonly.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist, but once your order is processed for shipment, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Do products come assembled?
Jewelry arrives ready to wear. Some fashion items or beauty devices may require light setup, such as charging or attaching included components. Instructions are provided when necessary.
Can I purchase products in bulk for events?
Yes. For bulk orders, weddings, or special events, email us at contact@shopseasonly.com. We offer special pricing for large jewelry purchases and can assist with coordinating bridal party sets.
Do you offer warranty on jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted with quality materials and workmanship. If you experience any manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase, contact us at contact@shopseasonly.com for assistance. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications by third parties are not covered.
